Oral McGuire: Managing Director/CEO

Gundi Contracting Pty Ltd is majority-owned by Oral McGuire who is the current Managing Director of the company. Oral is a Noongar man who has vast experience, knowledge and understanding of the social and economic gaps that exist within and between the Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal communities. His vision is to be active in the promotion of an entrepreneurial culture within and among the Noongar people of Western Australia and various other Aboriginal Cultural groups across the country. He has been actively engaged in this space through various project management and leadership roles across Aboriginal business and community affairs for over 20 years.

Langton Chirinda: MBA (ECU); Juris Doctor (Law) (Bond University); Cert IV Project Management.

Director- Business Development

Langton is an Australian Citizen with more than 18 years of entrepreneurial and business development experience. He has an MBA majoring in international business development and recently finished a juris Doctor (Law) degree at Bond University, Gold Coast, Queensland, in which he had major interests in start-up law, corporate law and environmental law among many other legal subjects such as native title law, property and land law.

Langton also holds an intermediate diploma of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators Zimbabwe (ICSAZ) which equipped him with vast knowledge about corporate governance and business accounting. He also holds a Cert Iv in project management through the Australian Institute of Management and a diploma in property services which qualifies him to be a licensed real estate agent in Australia. Langton also holds a post-graduate certificate in marketing form Edith Cowan University and has worked as a marketing director for more than 8 years.

Langton is very keen to foster an entrepreneurial culture within and among Aboriginal communities across Australia given both his business and legal skills and qualifications.
